Our Services

We’re Chartered Occupational Psychologists specialising in leadership development and workplace psychology. Our work is grounded in behavioural science and shaped by a deep respect for how people think, feel, and grow at work.

We create the space leaders need to think clearly — away from the pressure to have instant answers or polished performances. From that space, insight becomes action. Confidence becomes natural. Change becomes sustainable.

We don’t offer quick fixes or surface-level solutions. Just thoughtful, well-structured development that helps people lead with intention, collaborate with care, and move forward with clarity that actually lasts.

Our Founder

A photo of Jenny Bettany

Hello, I’m Jenny

I help professionals grow into confident, capable leaders — especially those who’ve been promoted into leadership without much support.

As a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a background in the energy sector, I understand the challenges that come with leading others — from navigating complexity and building trust, to developing teams and making confident decisions under pressure.

At Work Vibrant, I create space for people to reflect, grow, and lead in ways that feel authentic and sustainable. Whether it’s stepping into leadership for the first time or elevating your impact at the next level, my work is grounded in behavioural science and shaped by a calm, collaborative approach that delivers real-world results.

How we work

We bring depth without complexity — combining behavioural science with real-world insight. Here’s what makes our approach effective:

Psychology with purpose

We bring a behavioural lens to leadership and team development — helping people reflect, grow, and act in ways that create lasting change.

Support through transitions

Whether you're stepping into leadership or navigating a new team dynamic, we offer the mindset, tools, and space to move forward with confidence.

Strengths-focused, people first

We help individuals and teams understand what they do best, how to work better together, and how to lead in a way that feels natural and sustainable.with impact.

Overcoming barriers

We help people recognise and work through what’s holding them back — from unclear priorities to team tension to self-doubt.

Clarity you can act on

We create space for deep thinking — but always with direction. Everything we do is tied to tangible outcomes, aligned with what matters most.

Space for change

Not just time to reflect — but the right kind of space. We hold room for thoughtful exploration, where insight becomes action and growth feels possible.
