Meet our founder
Hello, I’m Jenny
I’m passionate about helping technical leaders and teams unlock their full potential.
As a Chartered Psychologist with a background in the energy sector, I know the pressures and challenges that come with technical fields. My experience has given me firsthand insight into the unique needs of engineers, scientists, and technical experts navigating complex environments and making the transition from ‘doing’ to ‘leading’.
For 20 years, I’ve focused on creating practical, evidence-based solutions that support growth, resilience, and impactful change. I believe that leadership development, when grounded in a deep understanding of psychology, can transform teams and organisations, helping individuals feel more confident, connected, and equipped to succeed.
At Moorhill Psychology, I work alongside an exceptional network of specialists to bring the right expertise to each project. We partner with clients to deliver tailored coaching, assessments, and team development strategies that truly make a difference.
What I find most rewarding about my work is seeing leaders discover strengths they didn’t know they had and watching teams find new ways to collaborate and grow. My goal is to provide the tools and insights that make this kind of transformation accessible and meaningful.
OUR CREDENTIALS
Our team consists of qualified and experienced psychologists, coaches, and HR professionals, each bringing specialized expertise in leadership development and talent management. This breadth of experience allows us to set high standards, guiding clients toward best practices that foster impactful leadership and team success.
WHY DO WE FOCUS ON TECHNICAL LEADERS?
We’ve had the privilege of working with professionals across various sectors, but our most rewarding collaborations are often with technical experts like engineers, scientists, and IT professionals. We’re continually impressed by their depth of knowledge, thoughtful approach, and pragmatic problem-solving skills. With experience in technical sectors ranging from energy to environmental sustainability to international humanitarian development and beyond, we understand the unique challenges technical professionals face daily. They are the ones tackling some of the world’s biggest challenges, and we’re passionate about helping them amplify their impact. Like our clients, we bring our own technical expertise—just in a different field—to support their growth into leaders who inspire and drive lasting change.
